Ukhozi FM has officially named "Gucci" by Mthandeni SK and MaWhoo as its Song of the Year for 2024 and Mzansi is loving it!

For a while now, the station’s picks have sparked major controversy, with listeners accusing Ukhozi FM of favouritism. But this year, it’s nothing but love for "Gucci", showing that fans are united in their support for the banger.
The track bagged over 926,000 votes, proving just how much South Africans vibed with it.
On Instagram, Mthandeni SK poured his heart out, saying: "Sedlulisa ukuzibongela okukhulu kunina ningizimu Africa 🇿🇦🙏 Sino sisi wethu omncane u MaWhoo siyazibongela Nkosyam asiyilutho thina ngaphandle kwenu yinina abelungu bethu."
Translated in English: "We extend our deepest gratitude to you, South Africa 🇿🇦🙏 With our little sister MaWhoo, we are grateful. Lord, we are nothing without you, our supporters."
MaWhoo couldn’t contain her excitement either. She jumped on socials to thank those for voting.
