Ultimate women's superfood smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)

½ cup Greek yoghurt

1 small banana

½ cup frozen mixed berries

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp flaxseed meal

1 handful of fresh spinach or kale

½ avocado

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tsp maca powder

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for natural sweetness)

Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

Method

Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding honey or maple syrup.

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
