Netizens react to Kelvin Momo and Babalwa M's alleged breakup
Celebrated music producer and DJ, Kelvin Momo, is topping the X trends lists for allegedly cheating on his long-time bae and fellow musician, Babalwa M.
Rumour has it that they have broken up. Momo and Babalwa M are yet to publicly comment on their relationship status.
Momo, whose real name is Thato Ledwaba, recently joined the long list of South African musicians who have been ousted for cheating on their partners.
Last month, rapper Cassper Nyovest’s baby mama, Thobeka Majozi called him out for cheating on her with Pulane Mojaki, while their son was undergoing cancer treatment.
Shortly after, music producer, Kabza De Small was accused of cheating with an unknown woman who leaked pictures of them in bed.
DJ Tira, Oscar Mbo and Big Zulu have also been caught up in cheating scandals recently.
Now netizens are crucifying Momo for cheating on Babalwa M with an industry “slay queen”.
Aside from fans being upset about their break-up, they are even sadder that these two artists may never work together again to produce hit songs, as they have been doing for years now.
A fan of their music wrote: “Lock up Babalwa and kelvin Momo until either they fix things or make an album with 200 songs.”

According to the online chatter, Babalwa M recently penned a song, which practically encouraged Momo to pay lobola for her.
Now pictures of Momo and Manasseh Kali, a Johannesburg film producer, are making the rounds on social media.
Meanwhile, others are calling it a publicity stunt.
