Cops hunt post office robbers

A manhunt was launched after four men robbed the Post Office in Namakgale, Phalaborwa on Friday morning, Limpopo police said.
Lieutenant-Colonel Mohale Ramatseba said three of the robbers broke into the Post Office through the ceiling during the night and waited for the bank employees.
“When the workers reported for duty this morning, they were forced to lie on the floor by the robbers at gun point. It is alleged the fourth suspect was waiting outside the bank,” said Ramatseba.
After taking an undisclosed amount of cash the men ran away and later hijacked a BMW car.
The vehicle was found abandoned in Namakgale.
No one had been arrested.
