Suspended Police Minister Senzo Mchunu and Deputy National Commissioner Lieutenant General Shadrack Sibiya are implicated in explosive testimony before the Madlanga Commission by Vusumuzi 'CAT' Matlala.
For the first time, the public hears shocking audio recordings detailing Matlala's financial dealings with top government officials. The testimony includes claims of Matlala giving General Sibiya R300,000 for a wedding and a further R200,000 cash dropped in an office dustbin.
Matlala also claims he funded Minister Mchunu's Cape Town campaign through his company, Gaulatli, and threatened to expose Mchunu's 'criminality' after his SAPS contract was terminated.
