The Madlanga Commission is expected to hear from its second witness on Monday.
Witness E, who is currently enrolled in a protection programme, will deliver their testimony partially in camera.
According to his statement, he has witnessed harassment, and other related incidents.
Evidence leader advocate Mahlape Sello SC applied that the witness’ name be withheld.
Commissioner, Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga, granted the request.
In a statement, the commission said it was expecting dozens of witnesses to testify over the next few months as the commission continues its inquiry.
The commission was established by President Cyril Ramaphosa following corruption and infiltration of the judiciary allegations by KZN Police commissioner, Lt-Gen. Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi.
The commission’s hearings continue at the Brigitte Mabandla Justice College in Pretoria.
